After 5 days of working on coloring, this is how it turned out. Truthfully I'm not really satisfied with the jewelries, the gold effect could be better I think. I may fix something later...
my eyes popped out of my head when i saw this ^_^ its so lovely, all those colors...it just looks aamzing. she is lovely and well-proportikined, and the background, everything...its just blends so well. im going to have a look at your gallery now
Mm, your choice of colors is great, as is your ability to apply them well.... The figure itself I already commented, so I won't go back on that.. ^_^
The gold looks ok. You could've maybe added a bit more sparkle to it, brighter highlights and darker shadow... Jewelry like this is usually matte gold, so it's not much that's needed....
Something that puzzles me is the light source... Because.. I can't find one. Her face is shaded as if the light came from the viewer's point, whilst her shoulders are made with a left-to-right light source. Her left hand and part of her left arm is made with right-to-left, whilst the upper part of her left arm is made with a front-angled left-to-right again.... The skirt has highlights at almost all angles, as if the light was coming from left-to-right, right-to-left -and- low front-angle. You should try to focus on a single source of light, 'cause not having one can get very confusing. You might also want to use some darker shadows and brighter highlights in general... The shadow used here is pretty weak...
Otherwise... Well, I think it's pretty good, good luck with the contest, I'ma be rootin' for you ^_^
